I’m Rhonda, the founder of Uptrack Leadership, and I’m passionate about helping individuals and organizations lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. With over 20 years of leadership experience, I specialize in helping others meet their full leadership potential.  Whether you’re navigating change, strengthening your team, or refining your leadership approach, I’m here to guide the way.

Who do you work with?

I primarily work with non-profits, social service organizations, and businesses that are navigating change, strengthening leadership, or improving team collaboration. My services are designed to support leaders at all levels and teams looking to enhance workplace culture.

I have 30 years of experience in the social work field, which gives me a unique perspective about how change happens.  Unlike traditional coaching, my approach is rooted in my clinical social work experience, my background as a supervisor, manager and mentor, and my formal leadership education. I bring over 20 years of leadership experience, a Masters in Social Work degree (Leadership specialty), and training in leadership development to provide structured, strengths-based, and solution focused guidance.

I’m also an experienced adult educator with years of experience in facilitating learning and professional development within classrooms, organizations, and communities.

Strategic planning sessions are collaborative, engaging, and results driven. Using an Appreciative Inquiry (AI) approach, I help organizations clarify their vision, set actionable goals, and develop a roadmap for success.  AI is an asset-based approach to planning. It uses questions and dialogue to help participants uncover existing strengths, advantages, or opportunities in their communities, organizations, or teams.  It then moves to collectively developing and implementing strategies for improvement.  

AI is grounded in social-constructivist theory, meaning it relies on all participants to co-create the final product.  It’s based on the premise that we all have something to offer, and by drawing on our collective strengths and skills, we can together create the best possible outcomes.
